At our store, we specialize in handcrafted gemstone jewellery and copper products. Each item is carefully created and inspected to ensure quality and authenticity. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

International Returns Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for international orders.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, certificates (if any), and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Note (Natural Products)
Our gemstone jewellery and copper items are made from natural materials. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Used or damaged items (not caused by us)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Packaging images

After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

Return Process (International Orders)

  1. Contact our support team with your order details
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the provided address

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international returns
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping charges and customs duties (if any) are non-refundable

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
  • These charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped.

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received:
